If you just want to play the character that you think looks the coolest, then go for it!
Here are all 18 street fighter 6 Characters in order.
lily
Lily is a great first character for newcomers. She is by far the easiest to learn, but that’s because she has a very limited tool set. If you actually want to stand a chance in a fight, their limited flexibility and attack variety will hold you back.
jamie
Jamie’s downfall is his core mechanism, intoxication level. Although not a bad fighter, the player must focus on constantly improving this level. There’s no reason to add that extra difficulty when Juri plays similarly, is stronger, and doesn’t bring that extra quest.
Dee Jay
Dee Jay is one of the most interesting new characters in street fighter 6, with many rhythmic movements. Yet the absolutely absurd level of skill it takes to consistently play Dee Jay without subjecting yourself to constant punishments and combos is beyond the reach of most novice and intermediate players.
Blanka
Blanka has a lot of damage potential when played correctly. But his over-reliance on Blanka-Chan Dolls means he is severely handicapped against most opponents. If you can pull off perfect combos, you might have a chance, but it’s better to learn a more reliable character.
Chun Li
Chun-Li might be perfect for you. She is great at punishing the opponent and has great movements. However, they are very complex to master and their best combos are quite vulnerable to enemy punishment.
ryu
Ryu is our favorite boy. He’s the figurehead of Street Fighter. But he’s boring. He sits right in the middle of the street and has a mid-movement set and distance ability. Most players, even new ones, can punish most ryu’s punches and combos. Poor guy.
Cammy
Cammy is a great fighter in a vacuum. It’s incredibly fast and deals amazing damage when executed correctly. The problem is that many other fighters are able to punish the slightest mistake. If you’re playing as Cammy, you better hope your opponent doesn’t choose Marisa.
Luke
Luke is very similar to Ryu. It’s decent, but nothing special. Due to its poor range, it relies too heavily on the Engine Gauge, which can be a disadvantage in high-risk fights.
dhalsim
The unparalleled range that Dhalsim offers makes him a fantastic fighter. Keeping the enemy at bay and irritating them with constant ranged attacks can result in incredible penalties. However, his recovery periods leave him open to counterattacks, and mistakes are often irreversible.
ken
Ken is old reliable. He has a similar move set to previous games, and his kick and punch tool set has a lot of potential for stringing together combos and keeping the enemy at bay. It’s not particularly fancy, but it doesn’t have to be.
E Honda
E. Honda is a character who, despite his size, manages to be both agile and powerful. He has great combo potential, but the main downside is that he doesn’t respond well when cornered.
Kimberly
For Kimberly, it’s all about speed and simplicity. Playing Kimberely is all about quickly engaging and firing hits to defeat the opponent. Their speed is excellent for approaching, but also for retreating in an emergency.
JP
JP is a great option for those looking for an all-around fighter. Although he does not advance to S rank, he is proficient in close and long-range combat. One of the bigger downsides is that this versatility comes with a higher learning curve.
list
Guile’s power stems from his super arts, which when used correctly can corner enemies like nobody’s business. While his move set is incredibly powerful, Guile takes some effort to master.
Zangief
There are downsides to Zangief. He has a large hitbox and a slow reaction time. But he’s an incredibly dangerous grappler with perhaps the highest damage output of any fighter in the world street fighter 6. If your opponent isn’t particularly confident and can stop you from getting even a combo, they’re at your mercy. Zangief hits hard.
Juri
Juri is the combo queen of street fighter 6, thanks to powerful kicks that can be perfectly combined with her Feng Shui Engine. She has incredible control of the battlefield and can easily counter and punish most fighters.
manon
Not only is Manon one of the coolest characters in the roster, but her variety of throws and special moves make her a formidable opponent. Still, she’s easy to learn, making her the perfect character for new and old players alike.
Marisa
For a heavy fighter, Marisa has a shocking range that deals outrageous amounts of damage. As one of street fighter 6′As a new fighter, Marisa is easier to learn and isn’t bogged down by years of move sets and fixed playstyles.
